The main WinClip purpose - to extend the Windows clipboard. Earlier you could only copy and paste one text, formula or picture fragment at a time. So copying and pasting a large number of items required a lot of time. WinClip allows for creating of unlimited clipboards, thus making the task of copying and pasting the easiest thing.
Instead of continuously typing words, phrases, formulas, you type them once and then copy to WinClip clipboards. Unlike Windows clipboard, WinClip keeps the data you copied forever, even if you switch off the computer.
